Yaska has been manufacturing SUP boards, waterbikes and inflatable platforms in our own factory since 2004 – with drop-stitch construction, double-layer PVC and controlled quality assurance. From defined minimum order quantities, we produce under your brand, in your colours, on your geometry. From first sample to container delivery, all in one house.

Custom geometry
Your own outlines for SUPs, made-to-measure platforms for yacht or pool, adapted volumes and stiffness ratings. Tooling fee applies.

Your own carton, your manual, your bag with logo, hangtags and service cards – retail-ready or DTC-ready out of the box.
QC in our own factory
Pressure test on every unit, seam and seal verification, documented sampling per batch. Complaint rate stays under 1 %.

Briefing
You outline product, quantity, branding requirements and target date. Existing logos and colours preferably as AI/PDF/Pantone.

Quote & tooling
We calculate unit price, tooling fee (if custom shape), lead time and shipping options. Reply in 2–3 working days.

Sample
You receive a pre-production sample for sign-off. Iteration on request, series only starts after your OK.

Series & delivery
Production in our factory, documented QC, shipping by pallet or full container. ETA confirmed before order start.
